SHIPPING

All my items are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion and shipping . If for any reason you need to change the shipping method, please contact me.

 

Preorders have a 4-6 week TAT to ship. USPS is the mail carrier we use for shipping. Shipping rates are calculated by each items weight, as well as your location. At checkout, you will see the price of shipping rate, which is based on the weight of your item and location.

 

Once you order ships, you will receive tracking information.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

+You have 2 hours from time of purchase to request a cancellation.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you have an issue with your order or ordered wrong, you have 3 days of the receipt of the order to contact us for an exchange or store credit. After 3 days of your order we will assume everything worked out to your satisfaction. We are unable to process a refund, but we will issue store credit to your online account for items returned within 3 days of us receiving the item back. The 3 day and 5 day period is based on the delivery tracking numbers. We strongly recommend that you obtain a tracking number for your proof of return. To receive store credit you must have an online account set up. Store credit expires after 1 year.

Returns on sale items, discounted items or items purchased with a discount code can be exchanged/returned for store credit only.

Returns must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging complete with original labels and tags.

WE CANNOT OFFER AN EXCHANGE ON:
+Shipping and handling fees
+Underwear or swimwear due to hygienic restrictions.

+Custom Items or Artwork


+We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or credit for any item that does not meet the above requirements, or if we deem an item to be in an unsellable condition. These items will be sent back to you and you will not be eligible for an exchange.
